The Delaware Supreme court found L. Vincent guilty of the following misconduct.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a private admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. May 2013) Jeffrey is employed by the State of Delaware Public Defender’s Office at 820 North French Street in Wilmington, Delaware.
