Attorney Jeffrey Martin of Wilmington, DE; lying loser

The state of Delaware presented Jeffrey K. Martin with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School. Jeffrey received a license to practice in New Jersey in 1981 and Pennsylvania in 1984.

The Delaware Supreme court found L. Vincent guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  2. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  3. Failed to maintain law practice financial books and records
  4. Failed to pay various federal, state and local payroll taxes
  5. Violated terms of prior disciplinary disposition
In addition to failing to pay payroll taxes, Jeffrey found it acceptable to misrepresent (lie) to the Delaware Supreme Court on two occasions as to the status of his law practice financial books and records.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jeffrey’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously was disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Jeffrey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2013) Jeffrey practices with Martin & Associates PA in Wilmington, Delaware.
