Attorney George Strott, Jr. of Seaford, DE; ethical misfit

The state of Delaware presented George C. Strott, Jr. with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Delaware Supreme court found George guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to communicate with clients
  4. Charged a clearly excessive fee
  5. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  6. Failed to maintain proper trust accounts
  7. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2013) George practices at 110 North Pine Street in Seaford, Delaware.
