Attorney Paul Nathan of Salem, MA; ethical misfit

 

The state of Massachusetts presented Paul Nathan with a law license in 1981.
 
The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Paul guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to maintain proper records of trust account
  • Negligently used one client’s funds to pay another client’s claims
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Negligently used client funds to pay his fees
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Paul by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. May 2013) Paul practices with Nathan & Krevat at 159 Derby Street in Salem, Massachusetts.
