The state of Massachusetts presented Alfred A. Macchi with a law license in 1977.
 
The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Alfred guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  2. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  3. Failed to withdraw his fee as they became available
  4. Negligent misuse of client funds
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Alfred by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. May 2013) Alfred practices at 79 Main Street in Framingham, Massachusetts.
