Attorney Daniel Tropp of Miami Beach; lying loser
The state of Florida presented Daniel Edgar Tropp with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Mercer University Law School.
The Florida Bar found Daniel guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Daniel and his wife Iris were involved in protracted and contentious divorce proceedings. During the divorce proceedings, Daniel acted as his own attorney.
While the divorce case was pending, Daniel filed four (4) motions to disqualify the judge hearing the case. In his motions, Daniel knowingly made false statements and impugned the integrity of the judge.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Daniel by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. May 2013) Daniel practices at 5750 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida.
