Attorney Anna Bryant of Naples, FL; repeat offender, liar
The state of Florida presented Anna L. Bryant with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of Florida Law School.
The Florida State Bar found Anna guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Anna was hired to represent the mother of a minor child in certain custody matters. At the time, the father had sole custody of the child and the mother’s visitation was suspended.
Anna then filed an Emergency Ex Parte Motion for Temporary Custody and Other Relief and a Verified [Sworn] Supplemental Petition for Modification on her client’s behalf. Anna’s filing contained statements that she knew or should have known were false and misleading.
The hearing panel concluded that the following statements contained in Anna’s petition were false.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Anna’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary suspension of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Anna by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. May 2013) Anna continues to practice in the Naples, Florida area.
