Attorney Frederick Schutte IV of Live Oak, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida presented Frederick John Schutte IV with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Florida State University of Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Fred guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Fred was asked by former client, J. Brent Wainwright, to file a lawsuit on behalf of Green Team Ventures against Larry Castro, individually, and his company, Freeomics Technologies. The lawsuit involved the purchase by Green Team from Freeomics of a gasification unit and the technology involved with its operation.

Subsequently, another party became involved in the ongoing suit; however, that party was previously represented by Freddy in another matter. In his zeal to enrich himself, Freddy did not disclose the conflict of interest to the other interested parties.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Fred by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2013) Fred continues to practice in the Live Oak, Florida area.
