Attorney John Bryant of Jacksonville; ethical elf

The state of

Florida presented John Newman Bryant with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found John guilty of the following misconduct.

An audit of John’s trust accounts revealed that he did not have the required cash receipts and disbursement journal, client ledgers, monthly bank reconciliations, monthly comparison, and copies of cleared checks with the required endorsements.

Despite being advised by the auditors of his egregious violations involving trust account record keeping, Johnny continued to engage in the same conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2013) John practices at 4208 Baymeadows in

Jacksonville, Florida.
