Attorney James F. Tenney of Marietta, GA; peeping Tom 
The Georgia Supreme Court presented James Frederick Tenney with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Emory University.
While working with the firm of Merritt & Tenney, Jimmy was arrested for putting a surveillance camera under a woman’s desk. When the woman noticed the camera she called the Cobb County police. Jimmy the Perv turned himself in to police. He faced three counts of unlawful surveillance for recording the woman on three different occasions.
In addition to being an attorney, Jimmy is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Apparently the dummy wasn’t aware of that old adage “three strikes and your out.” If he was he wouldn’t have been caught!
Apparently Jimmy cut a deal with the local DA in regards to the three counts of unlawful surveillance.
Because Attorney Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, the Disciplinary Counsel never took any action against Jimmy for his misconduct.
As we speak (ca. March 2012) Jimmy practices law at J.F. Tenney Law, L.L.C. in Marietta, Georgia.
