Attorney Suzanne Macpherson-Johnson of Dover, DE; tax cheat

The state of Delaware presented Suzanne Macpherson-Johnson with a law license in 1996.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Suzanne guilty of the following misconduct.

Suzanne intentionally failed to pay various federal and state employee and employer payroll taxes owed for her law practice over a four (4) year period of time.
  1. Failed to promptly pay funds owing to client or third person
  2. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  3. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  4. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  5. Filed false Certificates of Compliance with Supreme Court re: filing/payment of federal/state taxes
As a consequence of her most misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Suzanne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2013) Suzanne practices at 120 Shinnecock Road in Dover, Delaware.
