Judge Eileen O’Connor of Ft. Lauderdale; ethical goblin 
The state of Florida provided Eileen M. O’Connor of with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from Catholic University Law School in D.C.
When Eileen applied for a judgeship with former Gov. Jeb Bush, the application for specifically asked:
“Have any of your current or former co-workers, subordinates, supervisors, customers or clients ever filed a formal complaint or accusation of misconduct against you with any regulatory or investigatory agency, or with your employer?
Eileen’s answer was a resounding “No,” which as one would suspect was false.
Eileen the Deceiver failed to disclose on her application two complaints that were previously filed against her by subordinates when was the managing assistant at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in For Lauderdale.
The first complaint alleged that Eileen had discriminated against a black section chief. Another complaint charged Eileen with discrimination against a Jewish prosecutor.
The first complaint was investigated by her bosses and settled in-house. The second complaint led to an investigation by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and led to a $10,000 settlement by the Justice Department.
Because Judicial Misfits in Florida are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, the comedians sitting on the Judicial Qualifications Commission completely ignored the fact that Eileen lied on her application for a judgeship.
As we speak (ca. April 2013) Eileen remains sitting as a judge on the 17th Circuit Court in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
