The state of California provided Paul Ernest Vallone with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Golden State University Law School in San Francisco.
The State Bar Court found Paul guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Paul was criminally convicted three (3) times for driving under the influence (DUI).
In another matter, Paul falsified a proposed court order in his personal legal separation case and forged a judge’s signature. Paul then sent the fabricated order to his wife in order to coerce her to return to the family home with the couple’s children
Paul also made false statements to the court, which held a show cause contempt hearing because of the false order.
Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct, Paul was never criminally charged with forgery or obstruction of justice.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Paul by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. June 2013) Paul practices at 900 Roanoke Drive in Martinez, California, which is in the Contra Costa area.
