Attorney John Kusic of Denver; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado presented John Bernard Kusic with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found John guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, John entered into a fee agreement with a client without providing any explanation for his fee.

John also failed to place the client’s payments into a required client trust account. Instead, Johnny placed those payments into his operating account, used them to pay an interpreter, or used them for his own personal benefit. What a guy!

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Philip by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Board didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.

As we speak (ca. May 2013), John practices at 3801 East Florida Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
