Attorney Roger Moore of Denver; convict

The state of Colorado presented Roger Harned Moore with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from George Washington University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

Roger was convicted of impeding a Public Official, which is a class two misdemeanor in Colorado. Roger was subsequently sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation with a suspended jail sentence of 180 days.

Additionally, Roger was ordered to complete a anger management course at the Charlie Sheen Anger Management Institute located in West Hollywood, California.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
