Attorney Charles Ladd of Ann Arbor; repeat offender

The state of Michigan presented Charles J. Ladd with a law license in 1971.

The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to notify client of receipt of client funds
  • Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
In addition, Charles violated the terms of a prior probation order prohibiting him from accepting monies in escrow or trust for a period of two years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Charles by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2013), Charles practices at 201 South Main Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
