Attorney Stephen Lazzio of Flint; Dumbo, serial offender
The state of Michigan presented Stephen M. Lazzio with a law license in 1979.
The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.
Stephen proved to be a big time Dumbo by providing incompetent representation to a client in a probate matter.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Stephen’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) separate complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Stephen by gifting him with a third (3rd) complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2013), Stephen practices at 4070 North Jennings Road in Flint, Michigan.
