The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Wayne guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  2. Failed to respond to repeated client inquiries
  3. Failed to prosecute client claims
  4. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Wayne by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. March 2013), Wayne practices at 1890 Crooks Road in Troy, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
