The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dennis guilty of the following misconduct
Dennis’ neglect of client’s legal matters included failing to file a criminal appeal and his gross negligence involving a child support matter.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Dennis by gifting him with a second complimentary reprimand.
