The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Seymour guilty of the following misconduct
In one matter, Seymour failed to respond to client inquires for information regarding the status of his case. In addition, Seymour failed to return the client’s file to the client when he was discharged.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Seymour by gifting him with a second complimentary reprimand.
