Attorney Frederick Green of Cincinnati; ethical leprechaun

The state of Ohio presented Frederick Harrison Green with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found William guilty of the following misconduct.

Frederick’s misconduct took place while he was sitting as a Butler County Court Judge. As a County Court Judge, Frederick was also allowed to engage in the practice of law.
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his fitness to practice law
  • Failed to deposit client funds in required client trust account
Frederick found it acceptable to misappropriate over $9,000 of client funds to his own personal use.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished William by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Frederick practices with F. Harrison Green Co., LPA at 4015 Executive Park Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio.
