Attorney Christopher Clark of Hialeah, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida presented Christopher Laing Clark with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Saint Thomas University Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Christopher guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
  2. Failed to comply with client’s request for information
  3. Failed to respond in writing to Bar investigator (Up Yours, said Chris!)
  4. Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
  5. Failed to expedite client’s litigation
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
Christopher was a defendant in case involving the estate of a decedent. During the pendency of the case, Judge Vivian C. Maye granted plaintiff’s motion to compel Christopher to comply with discovery requests. When Chris thumbed his nose at Judge Maye’s order, she found him in contempt and sentenced him to 30 days in the Hillsborough County Jail.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Christopher by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Christopher practices at 5190 Northwest 167th Street in Hialeah, Florida.
