Attorney Dante Goss of Detroit; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan presented Dante L. Goss with a law license in 1999.

The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dante guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  2. Failed to seek lawful objectives of his client
  3. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  4. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  5. Failed to explain matter to client to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding representation
  6. Failed to respond to demand from disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Dante!)
  7. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  8. Engaged in conduct exposing legal profession to contempt
  9. Engaged in conduct contrary to justice
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Dante by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013), Dante practices at 14229 Cherrylawn Street in Detroit, Michigan.
