Attorney George Faulkner of Cleveland; apologist for loser attorneys
The state of Ohio presented George Henry Faulkner with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Northern Illinois University Law School.
George represents a group of whining attorneys who work for the City of Cleveland and the Teamsters who are demanding that they be allowed to join the Teamsters. The State Employment Relations Board (SERB) will ultimately decide if these whiners can lawfully join the union.
In the recent past, George filed a motion with SERB, wherein he stated that the city lawyers have earned low, “stagnating wages” for years and historically have been last in line for pay increases, especially during tight budgetary times. (Leila Atassi, Cleveland Plain Dealer)
An attorney working for the city for ten years makes about $50,000, while nonprofessionals in other departments are hired at higher wages, according to George. According to city records, the average assistant law director’s salary is about $70,000. The highest paid among them makes $79,000 a year. (Leila Atassi, Cleveland Plain Dealer)
George and the whining ingrates he represents fail to admit that no self-respecting law firm in the greater Cleveland area has ever offered any of them a good paying job, and we all know why. Below is a short list of these whining ingrates:
It is painfully clear that these so-called attorneys are lucky that the City of Cleveland was willing to provide them with a steady income. If it wasn’t for government work, some of these folks may well be working as greeters at the Wal-Mart located at 3400 Steelyard Drive in Cleveland.
As we speak (ca. March 2013), George practices with Faulkner, Hoffman & Phillips, LLC at 20455 Emerald Parkway Drive in Cleveland, Ohio.
