Attorney Mark Sisk of Wilmington, DE; ethical gremlin

The state of Delaware presented Mark D. Sisk with a law license in 1991.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to abide by client directive to file child support petitions
  2. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  4. Intentionally and knowingly lied to client
  5. Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)
  6. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  7. Failed to timely convey settlement offer to client
  8. Failed to respond to Disciplinary Counsel requests (Up Yours, said Mark!)
  9. Failed to comply with client’s request for information
  10. Failed to promptly refund client’s retainer after being discharged
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 181-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Mark practices at 1700 West 14th Street in Wilmington, Delaware.
