Attorney Martin Siegel of Wilmington, DE; repeat offender

The state of Delaware presented Martin J. Siegel with a law license in 1986. Shearin is also licensed to practice in Washington D.D.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Martin guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to promptly disburse client funds to client
  2. Failed to communicate with client
  3. Failed to provide requested information to client
  4. Failed to properly comply with disciplinary investigation (Up Yours, said Martin!)
  5. Provided inaccurate response to Disciplinary Counsel
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Martin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Martin’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Martin previously received a complimentary private admonition for engaging in similar misconduct.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Martin practices at 1202 Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington, Delaware.
