Attorney Peter Schaeffer of Georgetown, DE; lying Dumbo
The state of Delaware presented Peter K. Schaeffer with a law license in 2000. The state of New York provided Peter with a law license in 1998.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Peter guilty of the following misconduct.
Peter found it acceptable to knowingly, intentionally and recklessly filed an exaggerated (BS) report of a ‘hostage situation with local police when he knew for a fact that no hostage situation had occurred or was in fact about to occur.
Pete’s false and fabricated report resulted in a foreseeable dangerous police overreaction.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Peter by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Peter practices at 6 North Railroad Avenue in Georgetown, Delaware.
