Attorney G. Thomas Sandbach of Wilmington, DE; tax cheat

The state of Delaware presented G. Thomas Sandbach with a law license in 1985.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Sandbach guilty of the following misconduct.

For a period of at least five (5) years, Sandbach found it acceptable to willfully fail to file state income tax returns. He also decided to not pay any income tax payment over the same period of time

Sandbach had the chutzpah to defend his tax cheating conduct, asked the Delaware Supreme Court for forgiveness based on his laughable claim that he suffered lost income when his former law firm dumped him.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Elizabeth by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Sandbach practices with Justice Technology Consulting at 1403 Shallcross Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware.

On his self-serving website at www.justicetech.org Sandbach makes no mention of being a tax scofflaw. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information in order to not limit his future victim pool.
