• Improperly managed and operated a law office for lawyer who was not member of Florida Bar, but was admitted to the bar in Georgia and Ohio
• Improperly charged percentage of earned fees with nonlawyer
• Failed to properly supervise a paralegal he hired
• Failed to disseminate a statement of client rights to clients
• Marty’s contingency fee contract was not in full compliance with State Bar rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly,as one would suspect, Marty fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.martincordell.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.
