The state of Florida presented Joseph Edward Broadus with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.
 
Gary D. The Florida State Bar found Joseph guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to communicate with client
  3. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  4. Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions re: representation
  5. Failed to respond to State Bar inquiries (Up Yours, said Frank!)
  6. Failed to maintain proper client trust account records
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Joseph by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  
 
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Joseph practices at 1000 Ewing Place in Clearwater, Florida.
