Attorney Scott Feldman of Doylestown, PA; ethical gremlin

The state of Pennsylvania presented Scott Leonard Feldman with a law license in 1993.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Scott guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Obstructed another party’s access to evidence
  2. Unlawfully altered, destroyed or concealed potential evidence
  3. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  4. Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
  5. Knowingly made a false statement of law or fact to a third person
  6. Assisted another in disclosing attorney/client confidences
  7. Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Scott by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Scott practices at 78 South Main Street in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
