Attorney Neal Horenstein of Phoenix; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Neal G. Horenstein with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Neal guilty of the following misconduct.

Neal filed a personal injury lawsuit without first filing the reassignment form with his client’s Worker’s Compensation Carrier, which was required to bring the case to trial.

In addition, Neal and/or someone acting on his behalf backdated and placed Neal’s signature on a reassignment form. Neal’s conduct constituted conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentatio.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Neal by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Neal practices at 3130 North 3rd Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
