Attorney Marshall Newman of Boston; lying loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Marshall F. Newman with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Marshall guilty of the following misconduct

• Knowingly made false statement of material fact to appeals court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Marshall by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Marshall practices with Newman & Newman PC at One McKinley Square in Boston, Massachusetts.
