Attorney Daniel Fumagalli of Chicago; ethical misfit The state of Illinois presented Daniel Joseph Fumagalli with a law license in 1982.
The Disciplinary Commission found Daniel guilty of the following misconduct.
Daniel found it acceptable to act as a witness to the execution of documents that had been signed outside his presence on two separate occasions.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Daniel by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Daniel practices with Chuhak & Tecson, PC at 30 South Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois.
