Judge Paul Shanley of Oswego, NY; idiotic loser 
The state of New York presented Paul Michael Shanley with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.
Judge Shanley sits as a part-time Judge of the Oswego City Court, Oswego County, New York.
The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Shanley guilty of the following misconduct.
Judge Shanley found it appropriate to act as an attorney in four cases in the Oswego City Court. In addition to working as a City Court Judge, Shanley also practices law at the Shanley Law Offices, which maintains offices in Oswego and Mexico, New York.
After he was appointed as a part-time judge, Paul was advised to dispose of any outstanding matters he had pending in the Oswego City Court. Rather than so act, Paul continued to provide legal services to one client who had a pending case in the Oswego City Court. Paul then became involved in three additional matters in the same court.
Paul was prohibited from practicing law in his own court. These prohibitions provide no exception for anonymous legal assistance or even uncompensated activity.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Judge Shanley by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. March 2013, Judge Shanley continues to sit as a Judge of the Oswego City Court, Oswego County, New York. He also continues to practice law with the Shanley Law Offices at 283 West 2nd Street in Oswego, New York.
