Attorney Gary Smith of San Bernardino; convicted serial pervert 
The state of California provided Gary Wenkle Smith with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of LaVerne Law School in Ontario, California, a 3rd tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted to mainstream schools like USC, UC Davis, UCLA or Stanford.
The California Bar Court found Gary guilty of misconduct on at least two separate occasions as set forth below.
Gary’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
Gary pleaded no contest (guilty in effect) to four (4) counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and one count of possession of a machine gun.
Gary stipulated that he became involved with a girl that was 16 or 17, with her parents’ knowledge. When the illicit relationship ended, the girl pressed criminal charges at her mother’s insistence.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
Gary’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
Gary tested positive for drug use over a two-year period of time in violation of the terms of his criminal probation for his conviction as set forth above.
A search of Gary’s residence revealed that he had access to a gun, which was also a violation of his probation.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 120-daysuspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. February 2013) practices at 432 North Arrowhead Avenue in San Bernardino, California.
It must be comforting to the folks living in San Bernardino to know that there is yet another convicted pervert practicing law in their area compliments of the comedians sitting on the California Bar Court.
