Christ Whitmire is yet another Certified Screwball who duped the voters into electing him as a member of the North Carolina State Assembly.

Recently, Screwy Chris sponsored a bill that passed with the support of his fellow Screwballs out of the Health and Human Services Committee that will require teenagers to present a notarized parental consent form in order to access sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment.

Chris’ idiotic law would also require parental consent for teenagers to access mental health counseling, pregnancy care or substance abuse treatment. Teenagers without a parent or legal guardian would be required to appear before a judge and request a judicial bypass in order to obtain those health services.

Of course Screwy Chris’s legislation would force a teenager who was the victim of an incestuous pregnancy to obtain parental consent from the felon that impregnated her.
