Attorney Theodore Weeks III of Lakeland, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida presented Theodore Willard Weeks III with a law license in 1973.

The State Bar of Florida found Theodore guilty of the following misconduct.

Theodore knowingly engaged in representing clients that had glaring conflicts of interest. He never took any action to fully disclose to a client the possible effect of that conflict, and thereby caused injury or potential injury to the client.

Theodore also knowingly and intentionally engaged in conduct that was a violation of a sworn duty he owed as a professional in that he caused injury to a client, the public and/or the legal system.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Theodore by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2013), Theodore practices with the Law Offices of T W Weeks III at 2117 Harden Blvd in Lakeland, Florida.
