The state of New Jersey presented Stephen H. Rosen with a law license in 1982.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Suzanne guilty of misconduct on at least four (4) occasions as set forth below.

1995 – Stephen received complimentary reprimand for misconduct in three matters involving (a) lack of due diligence, (b) failure to communicate with client, and (c) engaging in a conflict of interest.

2002 – Stephen receives complimentary admonishment for falsely witnessing and notarizing a signature on closing documents that were not signed in his presence.

Stephen’s most recent misconduct involved his conduct as a trustee for Ms. Perl and several of her trusts. After Ms. Perl and/or her agents discovered mismanagement of her funds, a probate judge issued an Order prohibiting Stephen from spending, transferring or using any of the assets of Perl’s trusts in any manner.

Stephen knowingly violated the court’s Order when he went about and sold property owed by Ms. Perl. As a consequence of his conduct, the probate judge found him guilty of criminal contempt.

As a consequence of his 4th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree, the comedians sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2013) practices at 1 Greenbriar Road in Little Falls, New Jersey.
