Attorney Russell Davisson of Wichita; serial drunk, wife beater
The state of Kansas presented Russell W. Davisson with a law license in 1975.
The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Russell guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in a conflict of interest

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Engaged in criminal conduct

Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

Misconduct motivated by selfishness

Engaged in a pattern of criminal conduct for 19 years

Failed to acknowledge the wrongfulness of his conduct
Russell the Serial Criminal
Russell has been convicted of an assortment of crimes on at least seven (7) occasions as set forth below.

Driving under the influence (DUI) and driving while suspended

Resisting arrest, criminal damage to property and unlawful discharge of a firearm

Driving under the influence (DUI) – 2nd offense

Driving under the influence (DUI) 3rd offense, speeding, and failure to maintain proper registration

Driving under the influence (DUI) 4th offense, driving in violation of license restrictions, obstruction of official duty and littering – DA no felony

Driving under the influence (DUI) 5th offense, defective headlights, and refusal to submit to preliminary breath test – DA no felony

Certified as habitual violator (law breaker), driving while license revoked

Driving while license was suspended

One count of battery (wife beater) and two counts of driving while license revoked
As a consequence of her misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Russell by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
Because Attorney Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Russell was never charged with felony DUI on his 4th or 5th conviction by the Geary County District Attorney.
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Russell practices at 200 North Broadway in Wichita, Kansas.
