Attorney Frank Espohl of Cincinnati; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented Frank Eric Espohl with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School.

The Cincinnati Bar Association Grievance Committee found Frank guilty of the following misconduct.

Frank found it acceptable to charge a client for an initial consultation that was advertised as free on the law firm’s website.

Frank also found it convenient to not communicate to the client the basis for this sham legal fee. Obviously, Frank the Loser couldn’t do so because there was no lawful manner to justify charging a client a fee when one advertises that the services are free.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Frank by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2013) Frank practices with Kathleen Mezher & Associates at 8075 Beechmont Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio.
