Attorney Jack Boyajan of Paramus, NJ; ethical elf

The state of New Jersey presented Jack H. Boyajan with law license in 1996.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found James guilty of the following misconduct.

Jack was engaged in the business of collecting debts. He failed to properly supervise the law firm’s attorney and employees. He also knowingly permitted the law firm to operate in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics punished Jack by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2013), Jack practices with the Boyajan Law Office PC at 461 From Road in Paramus, New Jersey.
