The state of Florida presented Rolando Jose Santiago with a law license in 2002.
The Florida State Bar found Rolando guilty of the following misconduct.
After he received a retainer fee of $2,500 to represent clients, Rolando failed to adequately communicate with the.
Rolando was hired by a husband and wife to represent them in a real estate matter. The clients paid Rolando a $2,500 retainer fee. However, after receipt of the $2,500, Roland failed to adequately communicate with his clients (victims).
Subsequently, the clients fired Rolando the Loser and hired another attorney.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the State Bar punished Roland by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand..
