Attorney Jason Dalley of Delray Beach, FL; repeat offender

The state of Florida presented Jason Steven Dalley with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School in Newark, New Jersey.

The Florida State Bar found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  3. Failed to properly communicate with client
  4. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  5. Failed to comply with clients repeated requests for information
  6. Failed to consult with client about means by which client’s object ivies were to be accomplished
  7. Failed to explain matters to client so client could make informed decisions re: representation
In one matter, Jason was hired by Dawn Luchik to represent her in a personal injury matter. After accepting the case, Jason the Moron allowed the statute of limitations to expire on Dawn’s claim.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jason’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the State Bar punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2013) Jason practices at 35 S.E. 6th Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida.
