Attorney Philip Finestrauss of Wilmington, DE; lying tax cheat

The state of Delaware presented with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

The Delaware Supreme court found Anthony guilty of the following misconduct.

Phillip failed to pay federal, state and local payroll taxes over the court of two years. In addition, Philip misrepresented (lied) to the Delaware Supreme Court in his annual Certificates of Compliance the status of his payroll tax obligations.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Philip’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition from the comedians sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court for delinquency in regards to tax payments.

As a consequence of his misconduct, apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Anthony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2013) Philip practices at 1404 North King Street in Wilmington, Delaware.

On his self-serving website at www.finestrauss.com, Philip makes no mention of the misconduct aforementioned. Apparently, Philip chose to conceal this highly relevant information in order to no limit his future victim pool.
