The state of Delaware presented Herbert G. Feuerhake with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
 
The Delaware Supreme court found Herbert guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  3. Failed to communicate with his clients
  4. Knowingly disobeyed his obligations to the US District Court and the US Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit
  5. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a consequence of his misconduct, apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished

 

Herbert by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Herbert practices at 100 Presidential Drive in Wilmington, Delaware.
