Attorney Celeste Hanlin of Mt. Vernon, IL; Dufus  The state of Illinois presented Celeste Ann Hanlin with a law license in 2004. The state of Idaho provided Celeste with a law license in 2005.
The Disciplinary Commission found Celeste guilty of the following misconduct.
The Idaho Supreme Court admonished Celeste for engaging in the unauthorized practice of law while she was employed as a legal intern at a public defender’s office.
At the time of her misconduct, Celeste was well aware of the fact that she had not yet taken the Idaho bar examination, which was required before one can lawfully engage in the practice of law.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Celeste by gifting her with a complimentary admonition. .
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Celeste practices at 901 North Street in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
