Attorney James Fennerty of Chicago; greedy misfit The state of Illinois presented James Russell Fennerty with a law license in 1972.
The Disciplinary Commission found James guilty of the following misconduct.
James was employed by a client to prepare a will. While preparing the will, Jimmy found it acceptable to give himself and his wife a substantial gift.
When the client discovered James’ disgusting deed, the client revoked the will. It takes a real special kind of dirt bag to knowingly engage in this type of disgusting conduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished James by gifting him with a complimentary censure. .
