The state of Illinois presented David Jack Rosenfeld with a law license in 1990.
The Disciplinary Commission found David guilty of the following misconduct.
While he was awaiting the Supreme Court’s approval of a petition for discipline on consent against him in a prior disciplinary matter, David neglect ed a personal injury claim by failing to appear for several court scheduled hearings. David’s gross negligence caused his client’s case to be dismissed for want of prosecution.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished David by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. January 2013) David practices at 1000 Skokie Blvd in Willamette, Illinois.
