The state of Illinois presented James Edward Musial with a law license in 1982.
The Disciplinary Commission found James guilty of the following misconduct.
James was found guilty of driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on two (2) separate occasions. James also found it acceptable to neglect four (4) client matters entrusted to him.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished James by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. January 2013) James practices with the Law Office of James E. Musial at 308 South Harvard Avenue in Addison, Illinois.
